You must have the following installed:

• Node.js v12+
• NPM v6+ (comes pre-installed with newer Node versions)

1. Run the authentication server

   Follow instructions from videosdk-rtc-nodejs-sdk-example to run the authentication server.

2. Clone the repo

   $ git clone https://github.com/videosdk-live/videosdk-rtc-javascript-sdk-example.git

3. Update the api server url in the index.js file that points to the authentication server.

   API_SERVER_URL="http://localhost:9000"
   

4. Run the app

   $ npm install -g live-server
   $ live-server --port=8000
