First Workable version for test.
Worked on Mac, and Linux.
Still need to support more on Windows.

Supports development of Aspect and Solidity applications on Hardhat, integrates local nodes, and adds some Cli functions
Some features still need to be modified, such as the support of individual commands for Windows and the integration of test scripts on local nodes. More detailed documentation, code specifications, etc., but this version is already Workable.
