Show hostname in single-line output (-H 1) #75

Description

Currently, when using noping -H 1, the single line of output only shows the graphical representation of the ping responses.

Is there a way to put each hostname at the beginning of its line, so you can see which host goes with which graph?

I want to use noping to monitor a large fleet of hosts after reboots, and even using -H 2 (which does make the hostname obvious) makes the output larger than the terminal height. I tried making the terminal larger and the font smaller, but then the text became frustratingly tiny (it really is quite a lot of hosts).
