Some Developers use /usr/bin/open to call the actual application. KnockKnock shows in this case the results for the open command, instead of the actual opened application.

Real-World Example plist /Library/LaunchAgents/com.adobe.ccxprocess.plist:

{
    Label = "com.adobe.ccxprocess";
    ProgramArguments =     (
        "/usr/bin/open",
        "-a",
        "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud Experience/CCXProcess/CCXProcess.app"
    );

}
