This pull request includes fixes on several typographical and grammatical errors below:

typo:
eksplist -> eksplisit
sbuah -> sebuah
visbility -> visibility
pembalajaran -> pembelajaran
22./ -> 22.0/

bentuk baku:
konkrit -> konkret
hirarki -> hierarki
praktek -> praktik
rubah -> ubah

grammar:
di-implementasikan -> diimplementasikan
di-urus -> diurus
di-awal -> di awal
di-buat -> dibuat
di-implement -> diimplementasikan
di-konversi -> dikonversi
di-duplikasi -> diduplikasi
di-luar -> di luar
di-eksekusi -> dieksekusi
elemen-nya -> elemennya
rust -> Rust

The above corrections are made based on KBBI and PUEBI.

I also might create a commit to fix filename from pengelanan -> pengenalan, may I?
