Python 3.7 status is end-of-life from 2023-06-27.

Also poetry dropped python 3.7 support from 1.6.0 version (see python-poetry/poetry#8333). Now, in github main.yml workflow, pytest job with "Testing on python 3.7" breaks with an error. Error example - https://github.com/nornir-automation/nornir_utils/actions/runs/6558946022/job/17816240874?pr=21

So in this PR I just would like to remove python3.7 support :)
