Colleague cannot log back into self-paced after completing several modules -- where is log in help?

@geografo-esploratore is your colleague having trouble with their password not working when logging in? If so and assuming they had logged in with their ORCID as most learners have, they should be able to reset their password through their ORCID.
For any other issue, i.e they are technically logged into their account but their enrolled courses are not working for some reason, I would suggest emailing the OS101 development team at arc-openscience101@mail.nasa.gov. Depending on what exactly the issue is, I may be able to help with my access as well. |
