Docker Hub is unavailable in certain locations.
need container image in ghcr （github packages） or somewhere else

It also seems like as an open source repository we can use the github container registry for free: https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-container-registry

As of now, we also publish the Docker images as packages in this repository (on ghcr.io)
