Hello!

Scryer Prolog currently had v0.9.4 as the latest release, which was pushed on 2024-02-29 and has had 284 commits made on top of it. Could a new release be made, so that all users can benefit from all of these improvements? Certain distributions of *nix OSes will not accept packages unless they conform to upstream versioning.

I do think the release cadence should be much higher than we have been doing, but right now is a bit of a weird time to pin a release because there is so much happening in development. Maybe it would work if we made a separate 0.9.5 branch and reverted some of the changes.
