Doctor Smith 3.0.0 has no major update from a user's point of view, but from a developer's point of view; it is. Doctor Smith 3.0's coding is now much more easier to use for me(MrGreen).

Tests the new protocol, protocol 9, and the protocol checker no longer raise the builtin errors, instead they raise "protocols", so Doctor Smith had to adapt.

Added a start command for Mac and Windows.
