* 1st version of Japanese translation

* Update the frontmatter to fix the preview

`translators:` was commented out.

* - Add the translation date
- Use a span and a language attribute to identify the text left in English
- Translate "Summary" and "Page Contents", based on already published Japanese translations
- For links to internal WAI pages, only keep the Japanese translation in the link text: (in English) will be automatically added.
