• As a developer, I want to apply all extensions in some (default) profile to all other profiles too, so that I can extend from a basic set of extensions.
• As a developer, I want to see which extensions are exclusive to some profile, and which ones are shared through 'Apply extension to all profiles', so that I can accurately manage and distinguish the basic set from the extended set.

Acceptance criterion for both user stories: usable from CLI to reduce time cost and increase accuracy.
