Hi everyone，I'm try to developing with VSCode on Ubuntu24.04LTS(Gnome 46.0.1) and encountering an issue. I need to set the width of the vscode window, but I can't do this, because when I move my cursor to the any of corners of the vscode window, special cursor doesnt appear. And when I click to maximize button on the top right cornerm then, all of right part of the vscode window stay like a "transparent", and all mouse clicks in these area percieved like a clicks on the application below this vscode window. However, this issue doesnt appear when vscode window width < ~2040px and height < ~860px. All area around that stay "transparent" and for example if before mouse click under vscode window was browser window, the browser window will be active. In fullscreen mode, right half of vscode window "transparent". On the second screenshot you can see the right click inside left half of vscode window call context menu of vscode, but on the third screenshot the same actions call desktop context menu.(this is what I means when say "transaparent part of window").

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click to Maximize button on the Vscode window title.
2. Try to mouse right click(call context menu) in area around width:~2060px and height:~860px, then you will see context menu of desktop above maximized Vscode window.
3. Issue means you're unable to click any button in these area(e.g. split terminal or split code editor)

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
