• OS Version: iPadOS 17 Beta 8

Description: when using VSCode via serve-web or code tunnels in a browser window, bookmarked browser instance (saved to home screen), or WKWebView, the keyboard will no longer respond until the window is reloaded (Cmd-R)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VSCode.dev or an instance running via serve-web or tunnels
2. Type in a document or use the keyboard in some way
3. Go to a different app for >3sec
4. Go back to VSCode and attempt to use the keyboard

This seems to have cropped up in the last day or two as it was working fine on Wednesday.
