Notebooks list doesn't Refresh after adding a new one #25225

Type: Bug
With the Notebooks list open and with a Notebooks folder already opened, create a new Notebook and save it in the folder that was previously opened in the Notebooks list, after that was suppose to see the Notebooks list refresh to show the new Notebook in the opended Notebooks folder.
If this is the expect result, I want to suggest the Notebooks to be always attach to the selected Notebooks folder, so the user can always see all the Notebooks in the folder.
