Creating a feature request to attach it to a customer regarding this fixes: #51577

Keyboard Interaction
a. When trying to navigate through charts and other options of the dashboard
via Tab button, it doesn’t focus on the available areas of the dashboard.
Like navigating to charts and the Ellipsis button for exporting the
chart/questions of a dashboard.
b. When the cursor hovers over a chart, and then we click on the Tab button
then the Ellipsis button of that question/chart only gets focussed. If we try
to navigate to the ellipsis button of other charts it doesn't get focussed

Voice Over interaction.
a. It is reading Document sign as an image and Export as PDF text
separately when we try to load the HTML page. This is part of Export as
PDF button.
Since keyboard interaction is limited as per above point, voice over also
not able to go through Charts
