Sometimes it can take a while for schemas to sync or for new tables to sync into Metabase. When there is an issue with the sync (permission error, for example) you have to dig through the logs to find it.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if this were more obviously surfaced or discoverable to Admins who may not immediately think to check for these types of issues.

Possibly some iconography on the Database or Table Metadata pages to indicate that there was an error during sync, scan, etc to prompt an admin to research the issue. And/or an addition to "Tools"?
