As part of the collaborative editorial workflow in the E-LAUTE project, it would be useful to support the insertion of responsibility statements through the user interface. Besides being convenient, this would ensure consistency.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new menu item, "Insert -> Responsibility statement". This should open a modal window with the following fields:

• Name (should be prepopulated from GitHub name if logged in)
• Responsibility (should offer a choice from a controlled vocabulary of things the person might be responsible for. A proposal for such a vocabulary will be established by E-LAUTE members in due course.
• Checkbox: "Add editor element" (default checked). Causes the provided name to be searched for in the edition statement, and if not existing, to be added there as well as in the respStmt.
