Right now, backup with non-existing snapshot is stuck in pending forever. This is not good because it will keep the volume in attached state forever. Moreover, snapshot doesn't exist is a non-recoverable error so the backup should be marked as errored longhorn-10090 Signed-off-by: Phan Le <phan.le@suse.com>
