No need for Xcode as the Omnibus package includes everything. Also drop support for OS X 10.5. Fixes matschaffer#209.

Looks good to me. Not to be a broken record, but I'd love integration testing on this. Sadly I think it may have to wait until we're doing integration testing on Vagrant. |

I'm quite sure there are legal issues running OS X in EC2. I tested manually on VMware Fusion. Vagrant tests for sure would be nice. But I think Vagrant supports only Linux guests, even in the upcoming v1.1 release. |
