Motivation
我注意到manimgl的最新发行版虽然是1.6.1版，但是直接使用manimgl源码的用户可能会发现，尽管版本号仍是1.6.1，实际上源码已经有了重大改变。因此，我认为虽然manimgl的新版本尚未发布，但我们确实有必要在现有文档中添加一些关于这些区别的信息，以便使用者了解并准确使用。
Proposed changes
主要在“安装指南”和“Manim 结构”添加了一些内容（事实上别的部分也又很多更改，比如MTex已经没了，但是这部分内容我自己还没有理清楚）
