This is a Tiny Hurd LiveCD, it contains a variant of the GNU system.
The whole point is to boot with a minimal system and learn how things work.
If you don't know what to do, try the hurd's 12-step programme.

1. Put a translator on /tmp/hello
	# settrans -a /tmp/hello /hurd/hello --contents="hello hurd
	> "
2. Try out the new translator
	# cat /tmp/hello
3. See the subhurd boot script
	# cat /boot/subhurd.script
4. Start a subhurd
	# boot -D /tmp -I /boot/subhurd.script -Tdevice hd2
5. See the pretty pr0cesses
	# ps -ef
6. Check to see if the hello translator is providing /tmp/hello
	# cat /tmp/hello
7. Put a translator on /tmp/hello
	# settrans -a /tmp/hello /hurd/hello --contents="hello subhurd"
8. Try out the new translator
	# cat /tmp/hello
9. Change the translator's settings
	# fsysopts /tmp/hello --contents="hello subhurd
	> "
10. Try out the revised translator
	# cat /tmp/hello
11. Exit the subhurd
	# halt
12. Check to see what /tmp/hello says
	# cat /tmp/hello

You've now completed the hurd's 12-step programme!
