Hi, I love uptime kuma. Thanks for the development.
However. I am unable to use a custom email (aside of my account email) to send emails from.
I made a uptime_kuma handle for my @domainname.com but it does not allow to send as the user (main acocunt email) did not authorise to send on behalf of the afformentioned uptime_kuma@domainname.com

I think it is not a problem of uptime kuma. As the message says. The account is not allowd to send on behalf.
You have to look at your mail provider.
