Could you send us the support bundle and we could investigate what happened?

Have you completed generating the support bundle? or You could delete the Support Bundle CR by the kubectl command and regenerate it again.

You should be able to download/save it automatically after it finishes generating the bundle.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 5 days.
