[BUG] engine.status.snapshots of a DR volume is not correctly updated  #10139

Description

Describe the bug

engine.status.snapshots of a DR volume is not correctly updated.
The root cause is the bdev names of the replicas are empty while creating a raid bdev after finishing backup restore.

To Reproduce

Run test_basic.py::test_restore_inc

Expected behavior

The test case should pass
