To reduce duplication in linkcheckerrc it would be nice to enable interpolation https://docs.python.org/3/library/configparser.html#interpolation-of-values
It is also recommended in the documentation for configparser https://docs.python.org/3/library/configparser.html#configparser.RawConfigParser
