Users want to be able to (reliably) remove accounts, headings, companies, persons and entity_credit_accounts (customers/vendors).

Work to be done:

• Implement backend of Delete button on Company page
• Add and implement Delete button on Person page
• Add Delete buttons/links on the rows in the "Accounts" page (in the rows of the accounts table)
