Output of hand descriptions is always wrong here, and more specifically, always one equivalence class worse than the hand actually is.

In poker.c:
-- in the function ojp_hand_description, the groups are expected to run from 0 until 8
-- in the function ojp_hand_info, they are set to run from 1 until 9
