I am creating this PR to close it immidiately, to avoid losing work
Basically it turned out that getting multiple logstash versions with the same config is not that easy and the whole thing is overcomplicated
Linking it to #158 and #155, just in case of someone trying to do a followup on this PR
Probably it would be easier to just utilize this repo: https://github.com/kuskoman/logstash-metric-samples and some kind of a simple webserver to mimic different logstash versions
