This is a Feature Request

What would you like to be added
Kubernetes now includes an alpha ResourceSlice API. We should document that.

Why is this needed
We document all in-tree API kinds, even alpha ones. Also we probably intend to graduate ResourceSlice to beta; in that case, the docs would be even more needed.
