What happened:

The version of Calico's Typha daemon in the calico-policy-controller add-on needs to be revved to pick up critical fixes such as https://github.com/projectcalico/typha/issues/28

What you expected to happen:

Add-on not using known-buggy version.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Install the add-on, apply pod churn, restart calico/node; restarted calico/node instances may get incorrect updates from Typha.
