Description
Most applications have some logical deployment process that controls how deployments are rolled out. In some cases, such as example applications, it's valuable to have scripts that initialize a database or perform setup to make an example as easy to consume as possible (via a Helm Chart or template). In other cases, the deployment process might clear shared caches or sessions so that old and new code do not mix. It should be possible in Kubernetes to implement this sort of logic above and around deployments from tools like Jenkins or more opinionated workflow engines, and to do so with minimal impact to the existing Kube objects.
(this feature is slightly vague because it reflects evolution of the deployment hooks proposal - it will be cleaned up shortly).

When that is done, you can check this box and the reviewer will apply the "code-complete" label.
