• This release is a maintenance release to support new versions of Emacs.
  There are no notable new features, but the following fixes have been made.
• Translate defadvice' to advice-add'.
• Fixed a bug, `vhl/ext/occur' does not make highlights properly.
• 'occur' command on Emacs >= 28 has volatile highlights feature, so
  'vhl/ext/occur' is not required. (fix #26)
• Adapt to lexical binding.
• Add year 2024 to copyright line.
• Use `cl-lib'. (fix #21 and #23)
