CSS is my kryptonite, but one of the things I always liked about base Blades was the use of hover attributes to make it very clear which elements were interactive. It would be nice to get that on some of the newer elements as well.
Stuff that I notice so far with no indications:
the coin/loadout/harm popout buttons
the Trauma "+"
friends status indicators
Places where the indications are a little too subtle:
action dots
item/ability checkboxes

I like the change to the action dots, but I don't think the cursor: pointer; is obvious enough and the acquaintances still have nothing at all. I was thinking something more along the lines of the red glow on hover on the Items "+".
