If you run into this case, the workaround is to manually do a turn-off / turn-on of the VTherm.
The hvac_off_reason in the attributes of the VTherm should be set to None.
The repro case is not known. Maybe force to 'Heat' a VTherm stopped by the auto-start/stop feature.
