If it said the name of the site and the description in an embed for the average website, just like Discord does, that would be really neat!

This is an interesting idea @dillfrescott, thanks for sharing it! I think this could be achieved by parsing URLs from messages, making a GET request to the URL, and further parsing for Open Graph metadata.
