We'd added someone to our admin list a while back when her username was mixed-case, and she has since changed her username to all lowercase. The plugin seems to no longer recognize that she's an admin, even though GitHub doesn't seem to care about case in usernames e.g. https://github.com/iXDy and https://github.com/ixdy both work.
