Problem Statement

Add suggested prompts when users start a new conversation in Jan to improve first-time user experience and showcase Jan's capabilities.

• New users often don't know how to start conversations with Jan
• Jan's capabilities aren't immediately obvious
• Need to reduce friction in starting conversations

1. Display 3-5 suggested prompts when starting a new conversation
2. Clicking a prompt starts a conversation with that text
3. Prompts should showcase different capabilities:
   • Local file analysis
   • Code assistance
   • Writing/editing help
   • Creative tasks
   • General chat/questions
