Long-read structural variation pipeline (using Nextflow) for PacBio and ONT data

Some tips:

1. Set up your Singularity cache like so: export NXF_SINGULARITY_CACHEDIR="<folder_to_store_singularity_images>"
2. Set up your temp folder: export NXF_TEMP="<nextflow_temp_folder>"
