Using CLion 2023.1.1, I have a project with the following directory structure in its root. This is what appears in the "Project Files" view.

Each directory looks something like this:

However, in the Project Source Files view, only some crates appear:

And for the crates directory, only their tests appear:

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
