First of all, thank for the great work!
It will greatly increase Celeste performance if besides syncing several files in parallel folders will be synced in parallel as well.
I use Celeste for Proton Drive and had no issues to sync several folders at once with rclone (default --checkers 8).
Currently if you have a big fat folder first (i.e. I have ~300GB folder), the following folders are synced quite rarely, especially if you have to shut down the machine every evening. When you turn the machine on in the morning, it starts checking the first folder and due to the performance issues at times it never gets to sync the second folder.
It could help if there was an option to change folders order or set a priority level for each folder. However, IMO it would be unnecessary crutch for the issue that could be fixed in the root with the parallel sync of folders.
What version of Celeste are you using?
0.8.3

so you are able to connect to proton drive using celeste?
If yes, :
-linux ubuntu?
-how do you enter the username? myusername or myusername@proton.me or what?
-have you enabled 2 factor login?
The reason I ask: I cant login and I see many other people struggle to connect to proton drive via celeste
