App needs ability to scan QR codes that represent either a Celo address or an encoded Celo address and transfer amount

• Scan QR code on merchant BerkShares app (in-person interaction)
• Brightness automatically increase when open QR code (like boarding pass apps)
• Amount bundled into the QR code (cashier enters the total chargeable amount into merchant BerkShares app, which generates the unique QR code for customer to scan)
