What does this PR do?
Based on an idea by @plaggy.
This PR changes the tags that we use for now (successive headings like
Action:, thenObservation:) to more LLM-ready sequences (<action>and<end_action>tags) to make the different parts easier to read for the LLM.The impact of this change on perf needs to be assessed though, I'm currently running tests.
