Jump to bottom

Last row in line track gets cut off slightly on the bottom as well as on the top provided the values are large enough. #13

Not sure why, but it might have to do with how thin the line is and the fact the whole height of the track is used in the calculation of how much space each row should get.
Crude solution: move every y value in the track up by 2px.
