What is the new behavior?

  • Fix some issues in the GitHub Action runners: deprecated actions and mac os image
  • Update to Eclipse platform 2024-06 (for macos fixes)
  • Update to Tycho 4.x.x
  • Update to JRE 21
  • Updated third party license folder
  • Set the current version as 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT
