Description

The feature is described in https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/compute/introducing-the-sms-sandbox-for-amazon-sns/.
The CLI call is https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/sns/create-sms-sandbox-phone-number.html.

This request is to be able to manage phone numbers (and languages) stored in the SMS sandbox in SNS.
