I thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments, blending engineering physics, computer science, and advanced mathematics with practical applications in machine learning, applied physics, and optimisation. Driven by innovation and a commitment to excellence, I have led diverse projects that include developing AI models to map ocean floors and correct laser aberrations, as well as co-founding a startup. Throughout these experiences, I have upheld principles of integrity, respect, and collaboration. My achievements, such as being first author on a peer-reviewed paper in machine learning, receiving a 9/9 rating as a university teacher, and representing Startup Portugal, reflect my dedication to impactful work. My background as a national award-winning athlete fuels my resilience and discipline, qualities that I bring to every endeavour, whether in research, conferences, or entrepreneurial ventures. Guided by environmental responsibility and a passion for inclusion, I am committed to advancing solutions that benefit both society and the environment.
