Hi, I did some cleaning over your project structure due to #31 , I want to start on refactoring your work but I need more unit tests and also I need these files:

unfilt_allscafs_n666.vcf.gz
test_vcf_10000.vcf
PR-102_v3.1.fasta
test_vcf_1000.vcf
bams

can you provide those materials in any medium you prefer?
