Thanks for whipping up this plugin! I'm using it now instead of a cronjob.

A Request/Suggestion: I decided to have my conditions post at specific times. 6AM, 9AM, 12PM, 3PM and 6PM

Would it be possible to have set times?

Alternatively, is it possible to set the timer so that it always "starts from xx:xx" so it's a predictable time, rather than the last time weewx was restarted.
