cd web
mvn install

to get the war.

Note that to run LCH in either development or production you need to provide the following environmental variables

GS_USERNAME GS_PASSWORD GN_USERNAME GN_PASSWORD

These are needed to connect to LCH. If you don't set them up the application should fail at runtime. Credentials should be provided by your friendly administrator
